Role Overview

Lead residential and light commercial rooftop solar PV installations, battery storage hookups, and electrical interconnects across Greater Boston with an in-house master installer crew.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site crews during residential and commercial Tier-1 solar array installations.
Perform electrical conduit bending, AC/DC disconnect wiring, and inverter commissioning (Enphase & SolarEdge).
Execute double-flashed roof penetrations ensuring 100% weather-tight integrity.
Coordinate municipal electrical and building inspections.
Adhere to OSHA safety protocols, fall arrest systems, and Solgrid quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Active Massachusetts or Rhode Island Journeyman Electrical License (or equivalent experience).
3+ years direct experience installing grid-tied solar photovoltaic systems and battery storage.
Valid driver license with clean driving record.
Comfortable working at heights on steep residential and commercial roofs.
NABCEP certification is a strong plus.
