Role Overview

Lead residential and light commercial rooftop solar PV installations, battery storage hookups, and electrical interconnects across Greater Boston with an in-house master installer crew.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site crews during residential and commercial Tier-1 solar array installations.
  • Perform electrical conduit bending, AC/DC disconnect wiring, and inverter commissioning (Enphase & SolarEdge).
  • Execute double-flashed roof penetrations ensuring 100% weather-tight integrity.
  • Coordinate municipal electrical and building inspections.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety protocols, fall arrest systems, and Solgrid quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts or Rhode Island Journeyman Electrical License (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years direct experience installing grid-tied solar photovoltaic systems and battery storage.
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record.
  • Comfortable working at heights on steep residential and commercial roofs.
  • NABCEP certification is a strong plus.
